OCP is honoured to receive a request for a strategic partnership with the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS). Amb. Diann Black-Layne (Antigua & Barbuda), Chair of AOSIS, has formally invited OCP/ecbi to work with, and support, AOSIS in the thematic area of climate change, in particular capacity building, technical assistance for implementation of the Paris Agreement and for the negotiations, the production of policy briefs, and trust building activities through programmes such as ecbi’s Fellowship Programme and seminars.
