The first ecbi Regional Workshop for Latin America was held at the Plaza Hotel in La Paz, Bolivia, from 17 to 19 of August. The workshop was attended by participants from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico,Paraguay,Uruguay,Venezuela, Panama and Peru.
