The ecbi Finance Circle held a meeting on Monday 4 April during the AWG session in Bangkok. There were 21 participants from Australia, Cuba, DR Congo, Egypt, European Commission, Georgia, Germany, India, Ireland, Malawi, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, UNFCCC , Zambi.
