The 2005 ECBI Pre-COP Workshop to Strengthen the Capacity of Least Developed Countries to Negotiate and Implement the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol was held at the Casa de Mateo, in Montreal Canada, from 24 - 25 November 2005, immediately prior to the Eleventh Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC (COP - 11).
