The ecbi Finance Circle is an informal circle of climate change negotiators interested in climate finance for developing countries in general, and in the Financial Mechanism of the UNFCCC/Paris Agreement, in particular. 

The members have access to the Finance Circle members library, an archive for climate finance information – provided by the members – which is fully text searchable. The ecbi, as part of its trust-building activities, also organises Ad-hoc Seminars on topics relevant to the Finance Circle.
