On 26 September 2017, a delegation of 12 officials from the Turkish Treasury and the Ministries of Environment & Urbanisation, and Foreign Affairs visited Oxford Climate Policy as part of a study visit under a training programme for institutional capacity building on climate change negotiations by Climalia, a Padua/Italy based climate change consultancy firm. The aim of the visit was to discuss climate finance under the UNFCCC, and in particular the arrangements of the Green Climate fund with the UNFCCC Conference of Parties.
