The ecbi brought together UN climate change delegates from 22 countries to strengthen the capacity of Least Developed Countries to negotiate and implement the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol and to engage in a number of trust-building activities. The ecbi Pre-COP Workshop was held in Nusa Dua/Bali, Indonesia the venue of the 2007 UN Climate Change Conference (COP13/MOP3)
